Villa Aphrodite

Is about 300 square meters, built on two levels above ground and a basement level, it has the typical structure of coastal constructions with white round arches with terracotta tiles and glazed majolica tiles with lava stone inserts of Vesuvius. The avenues of the gardens and the external floor are in natural stone.

The villa has a romantic, vintage style, is located in a very panoramic hillside position, it overlooks the bay of Sorrento, the sea below, the rocky and tree-lined coast, the Vesuvius, the islands and the city of Naples on the horizon, between the blue of the sea and the sky. In an ideal location, not far from the center of Sorrento and the beaches, surrounded by greenery, between the scent of the trees and the sea breeze, you can hear the song of birds in peace, ideal for those who need privacy and tranquility.

The villa consists of 6 double rooms with private bathroom and exclusive terrace, in addition there is the kitchen, the living room, a shared bathroom, as well as wide corridors and open spaces, all surrounded by gardens of about 1000 square meters, developed with terraces and a swimming pool with solarium, with the possibility of parking in the boulevards, the roof has a solarium.

The renovation

Villa has recently been restructured according to the style and typological characteristics of the place.
Our design work wants to highlight the coastal style in all its manifestations, thus highlighting the quality of excellence of our craftsmen, both modern and of the past, as well as the quality of our construction materials. Like the lava stone of Vesuvius, of which some architectural elements are made, such as the flooring and the Sorrento walnut wood, which composes some pieces of furniture from the 1800s.

Attention was paid to details and finishes, everything was designed exclusively for the villa.
The beds, wardrobes, bedside tables, bathroom furniture have been made by experienced carpenters. Some pieces of furniture are ancient, like, the writing desks, the toilettes, the inlaid tables, the chest of drawers, the lounges, they have all been restored, some derive from family inheritances, others have been bought in important antique shops.
On the walls there are real works of art, old prints of the '700 and' 800, as well as paintings in ancient style and in modern style, paintings by contemporary artists, the theme is always the coast and the sea.

The large dining table, from 1800, contains 14 diners, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances.
We have given new life and new enamel to furniture of the past, especially of Neapolitan origin, which represent a style and a unique way of building that has disappeared over time.

The chairs, sofas, and sitting areas have all been created with new upholstery of fine fabrics, as are the cushions.
All the beds have mattresses of the prestige line, with a layer of high quality memory foam, as well as the pillows.

The lamps were designed and designed for the villa, they were made of glazed ceramic, by a talented artisan from Vietri.
The villa has security devices, devices for broadcasting music with bluetooth control, devices for controlling air conditioning over wi-fi, wi-fi intercom control.

The garden is equipped with a large swimming pool of 3 meters by 9 meters and there is a shower, it is furnished with tables, chairs, lounges, curtains, sun loungers, sun umbrellas. In it there are tall trees, a cedar of about 20 meters, a maritime pine of about 15 meters, some cypresses, several olive trees, cicas plants and citrus trees, all between green meadows and flower beds, the enclosure walls, the stairs are made of local limestone, there is a gate with electric control.

Glazed tiles

they have been exclusively designed by master glazers, the theme is Vietri majolica with leaves and rosettes, colors are white, light blue, yellow, orange and blue.

Glazed ceramic lamps

they have been specially designed and hand made by a good Vietri artisan. The theme of sea bubbles reflects light and gives the villa a romantic atmosphere.

Joinery furniture

they have been designed and built to measure for the villa. Thanks to the experience of craftsmen carpenters who have developed the exclusive design, in harmony with the type of environments.

antique furniture

recovery of some antique furniture of the '700 and' 800 inherited from the family and others purchased in important antique shops, restored by skilled craftsmen.
